🚀 New feature: analyzing productivity and machine utilization
Identifying productivity losses, analyzing causes and identifying optimization potentials – directly in menu Machine use
The new menu Machine use
You can see at a glance which machine, for example, has operated productively, has waited or has moved.
Periods marked in red illustrate when the machine has operated below its defined performance target (t/h). Precisely these periods offer the greatest optimization potential.
Abnormal cycles (delays) are also counted. Each work cycle with a duration of over 4 minutes is automatically recorded as a potential delay. Consequently, you can immediately identify whether reduced output are caused by individual events or a systematic problem.
The desired performance target (t/h) can be individually defined per machine and serves as an evaluation reference.
Practical example
If a machine fails to reach its performance target within a certain period, you can directly transfer this period as a scenario and analyze it in detail. Consequently, you can quickly identify potential causes, such as long cycle times, increased rotation angles or any utilization that is too low.
